Feature description
目前的接口每次上电都需要重新采集并且调用训练接口生成wander和jitter的阈值，应该需要一个接口把之前保存的一段比较理想的数据的生成的阈值结果保存下来，下次上电之后由上层接口直接传入esp_radar模块直接初始化，因为每次上电都要清空场地来采集数据实际很难做到，需要增加设置接口，如果设备的位置改变了，让用户自己来重新采集训练新的阈值
