[Feature request] "Read more" button for long post

Some mastodon instances allow a long post, whose character limit can be over 5000. Request to add a "read more" / "show more" button in this case.

Thanks for the links @shuuji3 — will check! I’m trying to implement this with CSS only for performance, was having a difficulty.
