Images are not showing on Android 13 (API 33)

Probably related to the READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission.

@tuancoltech Yes, still happening. I think it was because of a file access change introduced in Android API 30?

The file exists on the device (after the content-provider downloaded it), but the Vitabu app cannot access the file.

@jo-elimu Would you please provide more info for the ease of reproducing this?

1. What build variant is it for both content-provider and Vitabu?
2. What language is it?
3. Do you recreate this with a fresh-installed app or after upgrading to latest from old app(s)?

2. Language: any language
3. Happens with fresh installs as well

How to reproduce:

1. Install content-provider and download all the content.
2. Install vitabu and launch the app
