Message lost after "Resend all" in encrypted room

1. enter a room with encryption
2. disable network (wifi) connection
3. write a message
   
4. enable network connection
5. hit "resend all"
   
6. the message vanishes

I lose messages after "resend all" also in unencrypted rooms. I started losing messages with "resend all" today, after upgrading to 0.8.15. Until yersterday I was on 0.8.12 and "resend all worked". FDroid version on LineageOS (Android 7.1.2).

Ok, the "resend all" action bug is fixed. The message still disappear but this is tracked by #2508
