New room list: add context menu to room list item

Add a context menu on the room list item. The context menu has the same content than the three dots menu.

@t3chguy I made the following changes:

• fix(context menu): open and close the menu at different position compound-web#354
• Fix focus not moving on popover trigger compound-web#355
  • Thanks to this fix I removed the ugly workaround on the button focus. The focus was put manually on the button after the menu closing.

There's no context menu on invites in the room list, should probably have one with accept/reject options for consistency so all the tiles have a menu, but not going to block on that
