Auth: Make it feel like it's really submitting

We already have a spinner; what I'd really like to see is, once you've clicked the login button:

• disable all form fields
• disable the [ Sign In ] button

I'd like it for both - to my mind, for standard web forms, the form fields being uneditable is almost the strongest indicator to me that said form is in the process of being submitted.
