Missing voice in 1-to-1 call on latest Firefox (61.0*)

Description

Incoming 1-to-1 calls does not send my voice to the caller.

Prerequisites

• Current Firefox version (tested with 61.0.* on Linux and Windows, fresh profile)
• Two Users (in following A and B) in a 1-to-1 room
• User A with Riot Web (seems to be version independent; tested with some 0.15.* versions, 0.16.0, 0.16.2)
• Clientsoftware of user B does not seems to be relevant (tested with riot web, riot android)

Steps to reproduce

• B starts a video or voice call to A
• A accepts the call

→ A could hear B, but B is not able to hear the voice of A

Details

• Tested on different PCs
• Tested with matrix.org users and users of my homeserver
• Tested with enabled and disabled turn server

→ Always the same issues

On Firefox 59 and chromium 68.0.* everything works fine.

So it looks like latest firefox includes a change that breaks 1-1 calls 😢

Issue solved in FF 62.
