Change the hover color of all round buttons so that they're consistent with all Global Primary, Global Secondary, and Quick Action buttons
Why would you like to do it?
So that our product looks more consistent and polished.
How would you like to achieve it?
Figma has been updated. Now it needs to be changed in Compound.

FYI: Many of the Quick Action buttons are also being used for Element Call / VoIP.
