Steps to reproduce
- Open Element
- Observe "your key storage is out of sync" toast
- Click "Enter recovery key"
- Enter the recovery key
- Click "Continue"
- Window closes
- "your key storage is out of sync" toast remains

I expect that the "your key storage is out of sync" toast vanishes
What happened instead?
"your key storage is out of sync" stays
