Verification emojis use the wrong font on Chrome

Steps to reproduce

1. Log into a new session in Chrome (I can't repro this in FF)
2. When prompted, select "Verify with another device"
3. Accept verification on another device
4. Select "verify with unique emoji"

Outcome

Nice colourful emojis
