Impossible to clear cache, `Database unexpectedly closed`

Steps to reproduce

When trying to clear cache, I am getting Database unexpectedly closed.

I only have one instance of EleDesktop open. Reloading (as proposed in the dialog) or restarting doesn't help.

Outcome

Nothing seems to be happening, a clear cache should happen.

After trying that everything was broken, I had to restart and it took quite some time so I think the cache was cleared and the init sync happened after a restart in the end.
The rageshake that I just linked is right after this restart.
