Placeholder for redacted messages on ThreadView not properly wrapped

Steps to reproduce

1. Set long display name
2. Create a thread
3. Make the width of thread panel slim
4. Send a message to the thread
5. Remove the message from the thread

Outcome

What did you expect?

The placeholder for the redacted message should be properly wrapped, and the same spacing styles as main timeline should be applied to ThreadView.

What happened instead?

It is not properly wrapped.

#24729 (comment) I think this issue should be labelled as A-Threads instead since this is not reproduced on the main timeline (but not as A-Right-Panel since the issue does not appear on the right panel with a maximized widget).
