Attachments are not exported when choosing plain text or json format

Steps to reproduce

1. Go in a room
2. Click "export chat"
3. Select plain text or json as a format
4. Check the box "include attachments"
5. Click "export"

Outcome

What did you expect?

I would expect to have a zip containing both the JSON/txt and the attachments.

What happened instead?

I only have a JSON/txt without any attachments.
