Email addresses that start with 'matrix@' are not linkified

Steps to reproduce

1. Drop an email address like matrix@example.com in a text message
2. Observe that it's not linkified.

Outcome

What did you expect?

The email address is turned to a mailto: hyperlink as it normally does with other email addresses

What happened instead?

Only the domain of the email address is linkified - as a website, not an email addresses.
