Steps to reproduce
On Element desktop nightly, start an EC video room and start a screenshare. See the popup to select a window. Take your time (10 seconds ish?) and click OK.

Nothing. The screenshare request happens in a widget -> EW request that times out if the user doesn't select a window fast enough.
