I request here to apply on the web client the recent changes applied on mobile for the password reset flow: element-hq/element-meta#135

FYI we plan to provide a PR for that in the following weeks

Notes:

• we will keep the existing strong password UI in the reset password screen
• If the user submits a reset password request while the email is not verified, the option "resend" for the email will be displayed only if this is possible to manage easily the sid change locally
