We should avoid returning a user in the “Suggestions” section if we already return an open DM with the same user in the “Recent Conversations” section.

Screenshot showing the new search. The search field contains the text “jannemk”. Two results are returned, both with the exact same name, avatar and mxid. One is in the section “Recent Conversations”, the other in the section “Suggestions”. These are the only results.
