Image metadata tooltip not triggered when already hovering when exiting lightbox

Steps to reproduce

1. use a build with Show file name and size on images on hover matrix-org/matrix-react-sdk#6511
2. hover on image in timeline
3. click: lightbox opens
4. click on an area outside the image in lightbox, but hovering over image in timeline
