Soft crash when switching rooms with the thread panel open

Steps to reproduce

Unsure, but:

1. Click a permalink to a thread root in another room
2. Get redirected to that room, where the thread panel will now be open
3. Switch back to the original room

Outcome

What did you expect?

No soft crash

What happened instead?

A soft crash (see rageshake)
