Timestamp's position on Message Edits history modal window

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a test room
2. Send a message
3. Edit the message
4. View the edit history

Outcome

What did you expect?

The timestamp should be displayed on the left side.

What happened instead?

It is displayed on the center of the row. I guess the root cause is same as #22011.
