Steps to reproduce
- Choose 'Export Chat' in room menu
- Select any options and press 'Export'

Outcome
What did you expect?
An export with a filename containing an ISO 8601/RFC 3339 date, and maybe the room name in it. E.g. agora-discuss-2022-04-15.txt or agora-discuss-2022-04-15T17:04:16+02:00.txt (which contains a time with timezone).
An export with the same standard format for times/dates used within.
What happened instead?
An export named 'matrix-export-4-15-2022 at 4-48-51 PM.txt', whose date makes sense as a format only within the US -- and includes relatively useless time information (missing the timezone).
