Threads reply fallback cannot be clicked to jump to message

Steps to reproduce

1. Have someone start a thread
2. Be on a client with threads disabled
3. Click the rendered reply-looking thing for their message

Outcome

What did you expect?

For the timeline to jump as it does with a non-thread reply.

What happened instead?

Nothing. Literally nothing. My click was eaten.
