Voting multiple times in a poll sends duplicate events

Steps to reproduce

0. Show hidden events in your client
1. In a room, create a poll
2. Vote on an option multiple times
3. Notice identical vote events are sent
   (Note: if you click very quickly, they are not sent, but if you go slower they are.)

Outcome

What did you expect?

I expected an event to be sent only when I change my vote.

What happened instead?

One was sent every time I clicked.
