default avatar initial is wrong for surrogate emoji 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 

> I have a space called 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family. I was expecting the space icon to be the 1st character, as usual. However, the icon that appears is 👨, probably because the original emoji is a composition of other emojis together. It should be 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦.
