You don't get notifications for room when on user settings page

If you're in room A and then navigate to the settings page, you don't get notifications for messages in room A. (Relatedly, when on settings page the "current room" arrow on the left side bar continues to point at room A).

This is technically still an issue because the dialog does not block the room view from thinking you're looking at it.
