[Fleet] Show SSL options for ES and remote ES outputs in UI

These 3 options need to be present as UI elements when configuring Elasticsearch and Remote Elasticsearch outputs:

• Server SSL certificate authorities (optional)
• Client SSL certificate
• Client SSL certificate key

They are already present in Kafka and Logstash type ouputs, and need to be added to the other two types of ouputs. Example for a Logstash output:

• Output SO already has mappings for these configurations; update the types to correctly reflect the usage of them
• Show the new settings in the output flyout (both when creating and editing a new one)
• Ensure that a warning is displayed any time a change is made to these options
• Ensure that a changed value is reflected on the agent config
