Project URL not valid anymore.

It seems like the url to the project page https://www.eclipse.org/pdt/ is not valid anymore.
The url https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/tools.pdt seems to be the correct one currently.

Edit: It could also be, that this problem is related to a current outage (based on a banner on the website with the new url).
