[Documentation]: broken links on M2E documentation

Hi, hope I've put this in the right place.

Giving the docs at https://eclipse.dev/m2e/documentation/m2e-execution-not-covered.html a read.

Under the "Delegate to a Project Configurator (recommended)" section, there is a link M2E Extension Development but this redirects me to the Eclipse.org whitelabel 404 page.

Not sure if it is just this which is incorrectly linked, or whether it is the side effect of something being moved to a new path in the past and the relative URLs not being updated.
