There was an error in what appears to be test library code (first time in a while on) :

03:09:46  setup settings.json for lightweight mode...
03:09:46  running lightweight cases...
03:10:53  Failed to parse response from https://update.code.visualstudio.com/api/releases/stable as JSON
03:10:53  Failed to run tests: Failed to get JSON

Occasionally I do see intermittent failures like this. I've kicked off the build again.

Update: v1.25.2023111509 should be out shortly.
