Fixes

• Soft-remove VirtualGraphComposite and its dependencies. Namely, VirtualGraphComposite is now just an identity wrapper around FixedEmbeddingComposite, dwave-drivers is not used anymore, and dwave.system.cache.* is completely removed. See Soft-remove VirtualGraphComposite and its dependencies #543.
