I know the device was supported in previous versions, but in the current version this device is no longer able to be added. In earlier version the device would be added as a ZHABattery device and could be corrected by trickery. In 2.30.2 there is no possibility anymore.
Also check #7990 and #7538 #5527 for this.

I have read that in the past few versions of deCONZ creating the ZHABattery device for Tuya devices was removed, but I think that because of that this blind motor device can no longer be added with trickery... Can we correct this so the device can be added again?

Deconz can't support tuya covering using DDF.
So no other way than using the legacy core, and IDK what is the magic procedure to help it to find the device, totaly random for me.

Something I haven't tried if using a DDF (not working one) to detect the device, for exemple this one https://github.com/dresden-elektronik/deconz-rest-plugin/blob/master/devices/tuya/_TZB000_42ha4rsc_window_blinds.json
Then remove the DDF, idk if deconz will use the legacy core after that.

Edit:
After a check the model "_TZE200_icka1clh" was never managed by deconz, so will be not possible.
