Support VB MyApplication application model

This is a tracking issue for supporting MyApplication in SDK-style projects.

• Support VBProjectProperties3, or otherwise support MyType property (BrowseObject needs to implement VBProjectProperties3 #5046)
• Allow single file generators to produce source code even when not DesignTimeInputs or DesignTimeSharedInputs (CPS PR)
• Allow CPS to return a value for VSHPROPID_SupportedMyApplicationTypes (CPS PR)
• Support VSHPROPID_SupportedMyApplicationTypes (Support VSHPROPID_SupportedMyApplicationTypes instead of VSHPROPID_SupportedOutputTypes for VB #4709)
• ... possibly more to be identified ...
• Turn off and remove the block for the MyApplication property in CPS projects

Triage: This is blocked VB support for WinForms/WPF for .NET Core.

In SDK project Application Information GUID attribute is missing and is needed for Single Instance.
The following items are missing from the UI, including the generation of Application Events file

The Title field Attribute used by Splash Screen and About and MsgBox is missing.
