Clarification please

Im having trouble to flash my 350R-N.
You state that I sould disconnect NRST (is it the same as RST) during activation phase.
Does this mean NRST needs to be disconnected during the activation phase and I need to reconnect it during flashing?
Or do I need to disconnect it whilst it activates and during flashing it isnt connected?

Im asking because I dont have any luck so far flashing with any .bin file.

The later, you need to disconnect it after you click on the write to flash button and keep it disconnected until the end of the flashing process.

Ok sadly still no luck the LED flashes blue during flashing but nothing happens afterwards.
The battery is disconnected during the whole process but it is powerd by the Uart flasher,
Any ideas or maybe an bad display?

I'm flashing the tags while it still connected to the battery, but it should work without battery as well.
If you didn't fry the MCU and didn't break the display the flashing should be possible.

But it looks like you have connection to the MCU as the blue led is flashing.
