Update PrimeVue

VirtualScroll not working, see Missing preset for VirtualScroller or VirtualScroller not working with DataTabe for background.

As of v4.1.1, the new Tailwind styles have been rewritten using the preprocessor approach with @apply instead of pass-through. We're currently using primevue@3.53.1 and tailwindcss-primeui@0.3.4. Updating to latest PrimeVue will most likely break the application, cf. https://tailwind.primevue.org/vite, and may require re-writing how we handle styling of components.

They say that Tailwind version based on @apply is maintained, but at the same time this is being replaced in favor of Volt...

I've had a hard time to keep up with all the changes they made, and the old documentation is gone. PrimeVue Tailwind CSS presets has been archived. PrimeVue v3 itself has reached EOL, and there are breaking changes to v4. Same for TailwindCSS, and Tailwind version of PrimeVue is not tested with Tailwind v4.

Our code is ugly, and we have some problem with dependencies. I think we're mixing Tailwind installations (Vite vs. PostCSS) with outdated instructions from PrimeVue.

I'm not going for Volt, and I'd rather avoid using the tailwindcss-primeui plugin, i.e. rely on PrimeVue for functionality and accessibility, and be entirely independent for styling. I think we should re-write our client to use PrimeVue v4 in unstyled mode with TailwindCSS v4 without the plugin.
