Describe the Issue
I am at UNCity and have been asked to check the DDH as someone emailed Pin to say it isn't working. I cannot see any maps, graphs or charts. We have had problems before with UN firewalls for the map package, so that could be the issue, but the other user that emailed with the issue isn't a UN user.
