AMD driver deployment fails for CentOS8

Describe the bug
The AMD ROCm repo used in Omnia is for CentOS7. We need to support CentOS8.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Omnia on a CentOS8 box w/ an AMD GPU
2. rocminfo fails

Expected behavior
rocminfo should work.
