Description
In Pepr release
v0.51.0Pepr will require a migration path due to a breaking change in ESLint v9.*. We want to get ahead of this to make sure it does not affect UDS Core. This is a draft PR to ensure that CI and all tests pass. This PR is using a nightly version of Pepr with the latest ESLint changes.These changes are related to this migration path defenseunicorns/pepr-excellent-examples#298
Update - When Pepr releases
