How to auto paste into front most app rather than merely copying? #65

I've read through the full guide, and the thread on the Alfred website, but I still don't understand how to auto paste the reference I select. Could you possibly let me know how to do that? I saw you wrote about how using the snippet trigger would auto paste it but I don't understand what that means - I tried to create a snippet trigger for this but I don't know what I need to attach it to in this workflow to make it work.
