- Task extraction - Find action items and tasks in your notes

- "How many times have I chatted with Rick in the past 3 months?"
- "What were the main topics discussed in my meeting notes last week?"
- "Find notes where I mentioned an AI tool for insurance companies"
- "What action items do I have from meetings in the past month?"
- "Which companies did I talk to last year?"
- "Summarize my notes about project X from the last month"
- "Find all tasks I haven't completed yet"
- "What are the main themes in my journal entries from last week?"
- Be specific in your queries to get more relevant results
- Use temporal references (e.g., "last week", "past month") to narrow down results
- The chatbot works best with well-structured notes and clear headings
- For complex queries, break them down into simpler follow-up questions
- Use the context notes display to understand which notes are being used
- Adjust similarity threshold if you're getting too many or too few results
- Consider enabling recency boost if you frequently query recent notes
