Description
Some improvements to the About tab News list:
For the full list:
- Some indication that it is loading while it is loading.
- Reload button to reload the news.
- Some indication that it failed to load if it fails to load.
- Scrollable when content extends past bottom of window
For each article:
- Icon next to each article that's different for at least release, known issue, and other
- Show date for each article
- Open in browser button for each article
- Better visual indication that the article title toggles showing the article
- Better visual separation between the different articles
