Pyarmor version 7 licence to upgrade

Hello,

We have the licence enabled for PyArmor 7.

We are getting an error message when trying to upgrade the licence to version 8 "this code has been used too many times, it could not be upgraded freely"

Can we re-enable the licence or do we need to by a new one ?

As we do not understand why the licence used as part of our CI cannot be upgraded to version 8

When using the command line
pyarmor reg -u -p "OurProduct" .\pyarmor-regcode-ABCD.txt

I got :
INFO process activation file ".\pyarmor-regcode-ABCD.txt"
INFO send request to server
ERROR this code has been used too many times, it could not be upgraded freely
ERROR somthing is wrong

I checked in documentation and also in https://gurubase.io/g/pyarmor/pyarmor-code-usage-limit-upgrade-issues

I did not found any clear information if this is something we can fix in other way than buying a new licence.

Please find answer in Pyarmor official doc https://pyarmor.readthedocs.io, not from any other website like ChatGPT, gurubase.io etc.
And I think this error message
