Is there an official or supported way to recover original source code after obfuscation? #2094
-
Hi PyArmor team 👋 I'm currently evaluating PyArmor for internal use within our company to protect Python-based applications. One important question I have is regarding code reversibility:
I understand that the goal of PyArmor is to protect the source code and prevent reverse engineering, but it would be helpful to know if any kind of controlled or internal de-obfuscation process exists. If not, I assume it's strongly recommended to maintain a separate backup of the original source code before obfuscation? Thanks! |

No. Pyarmor team never support this kind of feature. |

Thanks for your advice, but Pyarmor doesn't remove the original script, so it's meaningless to backup the orginial script by Pyarmor.
