xbpch.open_bpchdataset()---error: unpack requires a buffer of 36 bytes

There is an problem in processing some of GEOSChem output with 'error: unpack requires a buffer of 36 bytes'.
There are two output files: https://pan.baidu.com/s/19DhAyIpq_UDmH1Civ5v8FQ.
It works for 'ts_satellite.20080522.bpch' but with error for 'ts_satellite.20080523.bpch'

Hi @hezhonghua1992 I'd be happy to give your data a try but I'm having trouble translating the text on the baidu link and downloading the files. Is there any other (preferably English language) file sharing service you can share them on?

Dear Daniel Thank you for your reply. I packed the filed as attachment. Please download it directly. Problems I met in GEOSChem global simulation and nest simulation. For global: It is the problem that I submitted before that the xbpch can't read some (only less than 10 files from 2003 to 2016). For nest: The model can not read the background information like the the attachment "BC.20080522". It is also for some (only less than 20 files from 2003 to 2016). I am not sure it is the format problem or the mdel simulation or something else. Thank you so much Best regards, Zhonghua
