Dalekfile config needs some documentation

I stumbled across this page: http://dalekjs.com/package/dalek-browser-phantomjs/master/api/classes/Browser.PhantomJSDriver.html

and it mentions Dalekfile, even has a link to one (but the page is a 404). There is no real mention of where to put the dalekfile. I found that this question also arose in issue #3 . Would be great to add a small blurb in the config section of dalekjs.com , about both the answer to #3 and the available config switches.
