Base url appends %20%20 suffix on environment variable

Current behavior

Cypress baseurl is been passed as an environmental variable and tried printing in console log it was correct but on running the test cases it appends %20%20 as a suffix . because of that my application is not loading the dashboard

Cypress Version 12.14.7 - does not exist
Node version 14.17.3 - is no longer supported

• Similar issue reported in Expected baseUrl to be a fully qualified URL. Instead the value was: "off" #30703
