Crystools not showing as installed on Manager.

Describe the bug
Crystools not showing as installed on manager, fails to check for updates on update all.

To Reproduce
Install crystools via manager, restart, refresh, open manager search crystools.

Expected behavior
Install crystools via manager, restart, refresh, open manager shows crystools in installed custom nodes section

Same for me with an extra = [Crystools ERROR] Could not init pynvml (NVIDIA). NVML Shared Library Not Found [Crystools WARNING] No GPU monitoring libraries available

On Stable Matrix, fresh install I am get this error after trying to install crystool's manager using stable matrix entension install and by command line.

I don't know what is matrix, I only support native ComfyUI, no garantice wrappers, sorry.

I think these issues are related to the fact that ComfyUI-Crystools appears twice in the ComfyUI Manager:

The 'bad' version (id 3068 without the green checkmark next to the author's name) is the one that is installed by default by ComfyUI-Manager when installing missing nodes from a workflow that contains Crystools nodes. It installs in a folder named 'comfyui-crystools' (lowercase) instead of 'ComfyUI-Crystools' (uppercase).

The 'bad' version only allows to install the 'nightly' version. If a version number is specified at install in the Manager, it fails with this error:

I think something is wrong with the way Crystools nodes identify themselves to the Manager / ComfyUI Registry. I think it might be a lowercase vs. uppercase mixup (i.e. comfyui-crystools vs ComfyUI-Crystools)? I'm just guessing.

To see the problem first hand:

1. Add a Crystools node to an empty workflow. For example: 'Get Resolution'.
2. Optional -- Add a couple other custom nodes to make sure Manager is working as expected.
3. Open the Manager
4. Filter for nodes 'In Workflow'

Manager cannot find the apporpriate custom node pack for 'Get Resolution' yet it finds other nodes.

Three days ago Crystools still was unreferenced/not updating. But today it suddenly was back again.

Was there a fix?
