[5.x]: Matrix item overflow hidden

What happened?

Description

The blocks in a matrix have in the frontend an overflow hidden applied. This leads to cutoffs of popup screens in the CKEditor

Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

The popups should break out of the frame. Or the overflow hidden should be removed.
