[4.x]: .menubtn breaks Command-click behavior

What happened?

Description

• New element on element index: Command-click in menu loads in a new window, but also loads in the current window
• Create/save on element detail: Command-clicks don't open in a new window at all
• Likely others? I didn't do a full sweep, but i'd guess this behavior exists on all .menubtns

I was able to fix the first one. Save alternate actions need to stay on the current tab because there’s no way those can be normal links; they’re form-submits.
