The content of `\par Throws` appears in unexpected places in the generated HTML documentation

The attached example has a simple \par Throws paragraph attached to a member function declaration. The content of that paragraph appears (unexpectedly) before the function synopsis and in the Description column of the member function table. It does not appear in the only place that it should, i.e. the Throws paragraph.
