The tree is a severely pruned version of the UCSC tree (2023-05-20) re-rooted to lineage A with 50 randomly selected descendants per lineage. Also adding adding latest designation hash and alias file corresponding to v1.20
…t been updated since v1.18 and they will not be updated due to lack of resources. Use pangolin v4.3 or later.

lineageTree.pb, alias_key.json and lineages.hash.csv updated to pango-designation release v1.20.
The pangoLEARN files randomForest*.joblib have been removed due to lack of resources to update them.
